Terms and Conditions
How a contract is formed
Product pages are an invitation to buy. When you submit an order you are making a binding offer; the contract comes into effect when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.
We may decline an order — if an item is unavailable, if the details are incomplete, or if there is a sound reason to doubt the payment. Anything already paid is refunded in that case.
Supply without prescription, and what follows from it
The products on this site are supplied without a prescription being presented. That places a responsibility on you: the choice of active ingredient, strength and quantity is yours.
Our product pages reproduce information from manufacturers' published documents. They are not a substitute for examination by a doctor or advice from a pharmacist. If you have an existing condition, take medication regularly, or have symptoms you do not understand, obtain professional advice before use.
Prices and payment
The price shown at the time you order is the price that applies. It varies with pack size and strength. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout before you submit.
Payment is by the methods offered at checkout. Dispatch is released once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the address you provide, in plain outer packaging. Delivery estimates depend on the destination within the UK and on the shipping method, and are estimates — we cannot commit to a specific calendar day.
If an address is incomplete or wrong the parcel returns to us, and we will arrange redelivery with you.
Right of withdrawal and its exception
A right of withdrawal of fourteen days from receipt applies in principle. Medication is subject to a statutory exception: once delivered, it cannot be withdrawn from, because sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene fall outside the right.
This does not affect your position where goods arrive damaged, are the wrong items, or never arrive. In those cases we replace or refund.
Liability
We are liable for defects in the goods supplied in accordance with the applicable law. We cannot accept liability for consequences arising from use that departs from the product information, or from self-treatment undertaken without professional assessment.
Responsibility for the content of linked external sites rests with their operators.
Data protection
Your data is processed only as far as is neccessary for fulfilment, shipping, payment and statutory record-keeping obligations. Details are in the privacy policy.
Final provisions
If any provision is ineffective, the remainder stays in force. Amendments apply to orders placed after the amendment.
