Interactions and limits

Alpha blockers for prostate symptoms need spacing and a low dose. Ritonavir and some antifungals raise levels. Grapefruit juice off the list.

Not suitable with recent heart attack or stroke, severe heart failure, very low blood pressure, severe liver impairment, dialysis, or inherited retinal disease.

Keep them sealed and dry. Chewables take up moisture quickly, so the bathroom is the wrong cupboard, and heat makes them crumble.
