Why this page is detailed
Ordering medication online means handing over sensitive information. Nobody wants strangers knowing what is in their bathroom cabinet. So this is set out fully rather than treated as a formality.
What is collected
For an order: name, delivery address, email address and the details needed to take payment, together with the items ordered — without which delivery would be impossible.
When you visit the site, technical data arises: IP address, browser and operating system, time of access, pages requested. That serves operation and security.
What it is used for
Fulfilling the contract, delivering the parcel, processing the payment, answering your enquiries, and meeting statutory record-keeping obligations. Nothing else.
Marketing emails go only to people who signed up for them, and the link to unsubscribe is in every message.
Security of transmission
The connection to this site is encrypted. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store complete card numbers.
Health-related information is treated as confidential. It is not used for advertising and not passed to third parties outside the fulfilment process.
Cookies
Technically neccessary cookies hold the session and the basket together — a shop cannot function without them. Anything beyond that you can restrict or delete in your browser.
Where audience measurement is used, it serves to improve the site rather than to build profiles of individuals.
Who else receives data
The shipping provider needs the delivery address; the payment provider needs the payment details. Beyond that, nothing is passed on unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Data is not sold. Not in part, and not in aggregated form for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to the data held about you, correction of inaccurate details, erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You may also ask for your data to be transferred.
Use the contact form for any of these. Data subject to statutory retention periods — invoicing records, for instance — can only be erased once those periods have run.
How long data is kept
Order data remains for as long as it is needed for fulfilment and for tax and commercial record-keeping duties. After that it is deleted.
