Delivery Conditions and Shipping Times

Processing time

Once an order arrives it is picked and packed at the warehouse. That is counted in working days rather than calendar days.

Orders placed late on a Friday or over a weekend are processed on the next working day. Public holidays shift everything accordingly.

Shipping options

At checkout you see which shipping methods are available for your UK address. They differ in transit time and in whether tracking is included.

Which one makes sense depends on how soon you need the product. If it is tied to a date, take the quicker option.

Delivery times

Transit depends on where in the UK the parcel is going and on the shipping method. The figures given are based on experience and are not a commitment to a particular day — customs handling, holidays and carrier workload all have an effect.

So build in a margin. The people who end up frustrated are almost always the ones who ordered with no room to spare.

Tracking

You get an email notification once the parcel leaves the warehouse, and the status is visible in your account. Gaps of several days between status updates are normal — not every handling point reports separately.

The delivery address

Check street, number, postcode and town before you submit. The name should appear on the bell or the letterbox, otherwise the courier cannot hand the parcel over.

An address cannot be changed once the parcel has shipped. Before that it can, if you write to us quickly.

Parcel lockers and alternative addresses

If you are rarely home during the day, a parcel locker or a delivery to your workplace is practical. Both are fine as long as the address is complete and correct.

The plain packaging is unchanged either way. There is nothing visible to anyone at a collection point.

Transit damage

Take a quick look at the carton when you accept it. Heavy dents, split edges, or damp patches — photograph it there and then if you see any of those.

Report damage on the day of delivery where possible, with the order number and photographs. We replace free of charge or refund. Damaged medication should not be used, even if the tablets themselves look fine.
